A LITTLE SUNSHINE...

Someone left the door open...

...and a little bit of sunshine crept in...

...and that's enough...

...for now.

Hope you have a little sunshine in your day.

  7. We had sunshine today - from start to finish - and it was glorious. Still not warm enough to sit out on the deck - but who expects that in March? Especially around here. But in the afternoon I opened the kitchen window and the front door - to get a nice little airing out and to enjoy the bright bright sunshine. It certainly put me in the mood for more sunshine. I replaced my harvest themed everyday corelle (apples, pears, etc) with my "new" pansy (summer blush is the name) corelle. It cheered me up just washing and drying the new pieces. I got a service for 16 at a yard sale for just 10.00 last autumn and I've been waiting to use it - and today seemed the perfect day to get it out.

I got out the two little boxes of spring decorations - hung my cute bunny flag on the front door - and that was it - maybe tomorrow I'll get the decorations out and start putting spring things around the house. Oh - I got out a bunny with a white dress and halo of flowers for the living room chair today too.

Sunshine tomorrow and then 100% chance of rain this weekend - oh well, such is Washington - rain keeps us green and grows us flowers, so I don't complain, but I'll be watching for that sunshine to come back again soon.

Your house looks so pretty with all the sparkling pretties.

  13. A little sunshine crept in?! How did that happen?! :-D Can you tell I'm crazy tired of winter, Judy? :) I love, love your spring vignette! I would name my favorite thing, but I can't even do that because I love it all. I do especially like the bird plate and the speckled eggs, though. This is perfect, Judy, and you've given us all a hint of spring. Hopefully it will be here for real very soon, my friend.

    Warm hugs to you,

    Denise at Forest Manor
