There is a promise of autumn in the air...
...even though blue skies are still smiling at me...
...there is a sprinkling of autumn leaves of red and brown...
...and a few raindrops have fallen on my head...
...summer bounties, from the Farmer's Market, dwindle down to a precious few...
...and these few precious days, I'll spend with you.
...Judy...

ReplyDeleteA beautiful post and photos, Judy. I like how you correlated the lines from the songs to your photos. It's interesting how hints of fall start at different times across the continent. Hugs, Pam

ReplyDeleteHi Judy,
ReplyDeleteYour photos are wonderful and the veggies look so good! Love mercury glass any season. And the songs; lovely. Truthfully, I always find this time of the year rather sad. I am never quite ready to let go of Summer. Thank you for sharing your lovely images with us at my HOME and have a delightful weekend.
Blessings,
Sandi

Hi Judy, I love that first photo of the little squirrel in the leaves. There's nothing better than little surprises in the garden. I have a couple of flower fairies tucked under the plants that my little granddaughters love to find and peek at. :)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful, Judy - you've captured the essence of autum. Loved it!
ReplyDeleteI am delighted that you shared with Home and Garden Thursday,
