Let me just say, your home is lovely, joyful, cute, warm, friendly, and very interesting. Love your new Santa. He's something else. Your sled and horse are wonderful. I know you treasure the pieces. The plates, dishes and glasses that you found in thrift shops are very nice. Don't you just love that kind of shopping ! Love your gingerbread house. The red snowman looks like he'll be nice and warm on his bottom at least. Thank you for sharing your Christmas magic. I hope you and your family will have a very Merry Christmas and a blessed, joyful new year. Hugs, Charlotte in Va.

Your cottage is decorated so beautifully! I love the idea of pulling out the Santas for winter too! I love the pumpkin Santa you made! Also live your table setting too! I found a way to comment... If I do a search on my cell phone for your blog and click on google search it lets me comment! But it only works on my phone if I do the same thing with my computer it doesn't work! Happy Christmas!

Such beautiful words! What a terrific Santa collection you have! And I love your pretty table setting. Oh, anyone would be transported to sit there. Seeing your very pretty ball wreath reminds me I never got mine out this year. Well, there are still a couple of days to go!
It's all stunning, Judy, and works so well with your home. Merriest to you.
Hello Judy, Oh my everyone is just gorgeous. I do not think I have ever seen your sweet kitchen. You have it looking so pretty for Christmas. So happy Gertie's twin brother came to live with her. How sweet is this. Love your sitting room and your wagon for the coffee table. So cozy and relaxing and pretty for Christmas. Wishing you and the Captain a beautiful Christmas. May you have a great beginning to the new year. Hugs, Kris
Judy, your home is a true Christmas wonderland. Every single room is dressed to perfection. I adore that giant believe sign and Gertie and her twin are just too sweet for words! I wish you the most wonderful Christmas and a fabulous new year! Ho Ho Ho!! and xoxoxo
Everything is so festive and cozy, Judy - so many wonderful treasures to enjoy in your warm and charming home. I just love the horse and sleigh that your Father made with sweet little pillows from your Mom. The kissing Mr. and Mrs. Claus just made me smile, too. Every room is wonderful and I can imagine what a delight it must be to wake up in your guest room. Lucky guest! Wishing you and your loved ones a lovely Christmas and all good things in the coming new year. hugs xo Karen
Oh my Judy! I am SO ENCHANTED with your Christmas Cottage and it was such a JOY to visit! I spent a good 20 min. looking at every little thing. It reminds me of a little shop in Washougal, WA that I used to visit at Christmas, and I could be there for hours just looking at every sweet little decor piece for a cottage. Your home reminds so much of that sweet shop. There is just too much to comment on! I agree with what everyone above said! I do love the red snowman! Who wouldn't want a red velveteen snowman? And your guest room... sigh...... what a wonderful cozy place to come and recline and relax.. and your sitting room.... another sigh. I bet you and the Captain absolutely love it there.. I sure would. You must put all of your "regular" decorations away "somewhere" when you decorate for Christmas! Although I see that sprigs of greens and holly and berries can make everything look magical and Christmasy. With the lights on and candles lit... what cozier place could there be? Did I say I love it all? Gerties twin brother is amazing and glad he's there to live with her. I hope you get to spend Christmas with your family... the table looks all set and ready to go! xoxoxo Marilyn
I certainly have taken my time and lingered in each room of your home. I like how you have gift bags on the chair just inside the door and the way you decorated the victorian tree in the guest bedroom. Such nice touches everywhere I look. That Santa in the sleigh with the horse you made is just wonderful. I never have thought about tucking the cutlery in with the napkin in the napkin holder. I will now. I do like that. You have something to to pause and take in at every turn. I love your home and your decorations. Reading your words describing everything is a pleasure. Happy Christmas Holidays and a Very Happy New Year! Betsy
