ACT I
The elegant, Lady Lavender, is the star of the opening act of this performance of love.
She has taken the stage in her colorful and beautiful costume.
Her perfume is as sweet as a breath of heaven.
I truly LOVE lavender.

ACT II
Jake and Jacinda
The hero of the show is Jake.
He is such a kind and caring young man and a great supporting player of all of us that love and adore him.
He called me the other night and the script went something like this:
"Hi Grandma."
"Hi sweet boy, what's going on?"
"Oh, nothing, just wondering if you were doing anything on Sunday?"
"No, not anything planned."
"Would you like to go to a concert with me, Jacinda, and my mom?"
"I would LOVE it."
I just LOVE a good concert and I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Jake.

ACT III
The third act consists of bright lights, loud music and a tight T-shirt, all performed under the stars...
I will take this opportunity to apologize for some of the photos. They were taken from a large screen, by a little camera, from a great distance.
...one of the stars shined much brighter than all the rest...
Do you recognize this guy?
Oh, sorry, he's just not any old guy!
I mean this leading man.
And, Man, I do mean MAN!
TIM MCGRAW
He performed for over two hours and took three curtain calls.
It was a great concert and a great night.
Jake, I thank you so very much for including me in your cast of characters.
And, in case you couldn't tell...
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Tim McGraw.

ACT IV
Our encore act is a sweet little carved, wooden Jay that Tami gave to me in honor of
"The New Kids on the Block."
Thank you, Tam.
I LOVE him!
...Judy...
I'm sharing the LOVE today with:

Hello Judy
ReplyDeleteI'm happy that you're a lavender gal too and your photos of a bundle are sweet.
Lucky, lucky you! What a treat to be asked by your grandson to see Tim in concert. The photos are just fine by me and I've gone over them a couple of times. ;-)
Thanks for sharing lavender and Tim.

Hi Judy,
ReplyDeleteI really love your new header! It just speaks of home to me. I too love lavender. I mean, what lady doesn't? It is one of our most heavenly scents. How sweet of your Jake to invite you to the concert and thank you for sharing this with all of us at my HOME. Have a delightful week, my friend.
Blessings,

Hi Judy,
ReplyDeleteYour lavender bunches are delightful! Did I see a sachet in that one photo? I like that photo, pretty. Your Jay is a sweet little thing too. Jake was so nice to think of you, I'm glad you had a great time at the concert. I have no idea who the guy is, but he is definitely hot! Have a great day! Gina
I planted some lavender last year and they seem to be doing well. So fun to enjoy a concert with your grandson. Mimi
