It's a beautiful sunny day in the foothills and the lilacs are in full bloom and calling my name. They are so lovely and I wanted to share with you a little bit of Sunday morning sweetness.
I also wanted to share with you a wonderful give away from my friend, Courtney, over at

ReplyDeleteHi Judy,
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! Thanks so much for following and your sweet comments on the doctor's ladies.
I only have the two that are shown, I unwittingly passed on the first one I saw, just didn't know enough about them. I've been regreting it ever since. I guess the Kovels are right, "You don't regret the things you buy, just the things you don't!"
Have a great week!
Hugs to you,
Patti
Your lilacs look lovely Judy and I like your pretty little bramble teapot sitting next to them.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that photo, and the framing is so gorgeous for it.....curtains make it so soft. Nice touch with Dad and Aunt Alda. Never had the chance to call her that....you might have (???) I better pick some lilacs for my table...even if there is no one else there to see them. Sid

Hi Judy - I thought I was following, but I guess I wasn't, because I keep missing your post. I will fix that directly.
ReplyDeleteLilac is one of my favourite scents. There's a lilac by the dining room window, but it is only just in leaf. It will be a while before it blooms. Yours look heavenly!
Your lilacs are just beautiful, Judy! My very favorite flower of the season! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteHi Judy! Oh my goodness...you know how I LOVE lilacs and yours are beautiful. I can almost smell them..sigh. I wish they would last longer...the last two years ours have come and gone so fast compared to the first year we saw them bloom here on the farm. That must have been a perfect year for them..the right amount of moisture and sun and they seemed to last a couple of weeks longer that year. Oh well...maybe next year will be a good one for ours. Enjoy yours while they last. Have a wonderful week! Maura :)
ReplyDeleteSweet Lilac pictures Judy! Don't we with they would bloom longer?
ReplyDeleteHello Judy
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for visiting and following my blog - here I am in return following your sweet and endearing blog. Oh, and you having me going with those gorgeous lilacs. In our last home (in Scandinavia) we had a huge old lilac in the garden (one of my absolute favorites) but now that we live on a little Greek island there is not a lilac in sight. I miss them and the scent so dearly. Thanks for sharing the lovely images... the scent almost comes across :)
♥ Joan
